DCY series hard-toothed surface conical cylindrical gear reducers

The DBY and DCY type hard-toothed surface conical cylindrical gear reducers are manufactured in accordance with the JB/T9002-1999 standard.

The conical cylindrical gear reducer is a structure of external teeth and gear transmission with the input and output shafts arranged vertically. The main transmission parts are made of high-quality alloy steel. The gears are manufactured through carburizing, quenching and grinding processes, with a precision of grade 6 and a hardness of up to HRC54-62. The product features high load-bearing capacity, long service life, small size, high efficiency and light weight.

Conical cylindrical gear reducers are used in transmission devices where the input shaft and output shaft are arranged perpendicularly. It is mainly used in various transportation machinery such as belt conveyors, and can also be applied to various general machinery in metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, coal, building materials, light industry, petroleum and other fields.
