ZSY series hard tooth surface cylindrical gear reducer

Hard-toothed cylindrical gear reducers are produced in accordance with the professional standard of the People's Republic of China (JB/T8853-2001< Cylindrical Gear Reducers >), mainly including three series: ZDY (single-stage), ZLY (double-stage), and ZSY (three-stage). It is commonly used for machine transmission in industries such as metallurgy, mining, transportation, cement, construction, chemical engineering, textile, light industry, and energy.

1. The speed of the high-speed shaft shall not exceed 1500 revolutions per minute

2.The circumferential speed of gear transmission shall not exceed 20m/s

3.The working environment temperature ranges from -40 degrees Celsius to+50 degrees Celsius,when the temperature is below 0 degrees Celsius, the lubricating oil should be preheated before use

The main features of the reducer:

1.The gears and gear shafts are made of high-strength low-carbon alloy steel through carburizing and quenching, with the tooth surface hardness reaching HRC54-62.

2. The gears are processed by grinding, featuring high precision and excellent contact effect.

3. Transmission efficiency: Single-stage can reach 98%, two-stage can reach 96%, and three-stage can reach 94%.

4. Compared with soft-toothed surface reducers, it has a longer service life.
